Four dedicated spaces — all cat-only

Every cat area is completely separate from the dog areas — different rooms, different air. No dog scent. No dog noise.

Cat waiting area
A calm, dog-free waiting space with Feliway diffuser running. Raised surfaces so cats can be elevated and feel more secure. No dog smells, no dog noise — cats come in and go straight here.

Cat consulting room
A dedicated cat-only consulting room — never used for dogs. Feliway diffuser, appropriate lighting, non-slip surfaces. Cats come out of their carrier in their own time and explore before the examination begins.

Cat ward
Cats admitted for procedures or hospitalisation stay in our dedicated cat ward — far away from the noise and smells of the dog ward. Calm and quiet, with Feliway and soft-close kennel doors for privacy and security.

Cat isolation ward
A dedicated cat isolation ward — separate from the dog isolation ward — for cats requiring intensive care or those who may be infectious. Equipped with an oxygen kennel for cats in respiratory distress.
