Pets often behave differently in the consulting room. What we see at home is frequently more useful than a description of it.

Mobility & pain

A short video of your pet moving at home tells us more than an examination alone. We can see the limp, the hesitation, the compensatory movement — before you arrive.

Behaviour & anxiety

Anxious pets often behave very differently in the practice. A video of your pet in their normal environment helps us understand what is really happening.

Clinical records & imaging

Sending previous clinical notes, imaging and lab results before an appointment means we can prepare properly — especially for complex or ongoing conditions.

Securely deleted after 30 days
